摘要
报告1例儿童寻常性银屑病并发血小板增多症。患儿男,7岁。躯干及四肢散在红斑、鳞屑1个月。皮肤科检查:躯干、腹部、四肢散在分布红斑、丘疹,上覆少量银白色鳞屑,薄膜现象及Auspitz征阳性。皮损组织病理:表皮角化过度伴轻度角化不全,棘层肥厚,表皮突延长,真皮乳头上方表皮层变薄;血常规示血小板计数1249×l09/L;骨髓穿刺:骨髓增生极度活跃,全片共见巨核细胞1650个,血小板成堆可见。诊断:儿童寻常型银屑病并发血小板增多症。
A 7-year-old boy presented with scattered erythema, scale on trunk and limbs for a month. Physical examination showed that trunk, abdomen and limbs distributed erythema, pimples scatteredly, overlying silver-white scales. Film phenomenon and Auspilz sign were positive. Histopathologic examination results showed that epidermis hyperkeratosis with mild parakeratosis, acanthosis, apodeme extension, the stratum spinosum above papillary layer thinning. The blood routine examination showed the platelet counting 1249×10^9/L. The bone marrow aspiration results showed that myelodysplasia is extremely active, 1650 megakaryocytomas and platelets piles seen in the total slic. The diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris with thrombocythemia was made.
