以皮肤病变为首发表现的结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤

A case of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type with skin lesions starting performance

报告1例以皮肤病变为首发表现的结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。患者女,51岁。发热2个月,全身红斑1个月就诊。皮肤科检查:躯干、四肢散在较多大小不一境界清楚的环形红斑,表面光滑无鳞屑,部分可见蚕豆大暗红色浸润性斑块及结节;双小腿下1/3处出现拳头大暗红色斑疹及斑块。背部皮损组织病理:表皮正常,真皮全层可见片状、致密的大细胞增生浸润,细胞胞质少核大、多形,染色质细颗粒状,其间可见组织细胞。EB病毒编码小RNA(EBER)原位杂交检测(60%+)。诊断为结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。

A case of extranodal nasal type NK/T-cell lymphoma with skin lesions starting performance is reported. A 51- year-old female had fever for 2 months and systemic erythema 1 month. Physical examination showed the trunk, the limbs scattered in the different sizes of a clear ring of erythema, which was smooth and no scales. Part of the body revealed broad bean dark red infiltration plaque and nodules. There had been a visible clark red rash and plaque in the double leg a third place. Histology examination of the back skin lesion displayed epidermal normal and dermis full layer visible sheet and dense large cell infiltration, with cell cytoplasm less, nuclear large, polymorphic, chromatin fine granular, during which visible tissue cells. EB virus coding small RNA（EBER） in situ hybridization detection（＋）. The patient was diagnosed extranodal nasal type NK/T-cell lymphoma.
