卡泊三醇联合氟轻松序贯治疗头皮银屑病疗效观察

Study on the efficacy and safety of calcipotriol solution combined with fluocinonide liniment in patients with scalp psoriasis

目的:评价卡泊三醇联合氟轻松治疗头皮银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法:70例患者随机分为序贯治疗组和对照组。序贯治疗组:外用卡泊三醇搽剂和氟轻松溶液;对照组外用卡泊三醇搽剂。治疗后第2、4、8周末进行疗效评价。结果:治疗2、4、8周后序贯治疗组有效率(48.57%、71.43%和91.43%)均明显高于对照组(25.71%、40.00%和60.00%),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡泊三醇搽剂联合氟轻松溶液序贯疗法治疗头皮银屑病起效快、疗效好且不良反应小。

Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of calcipotriol solution combined with fluocinonide liniment in pa- tients with scalp psoriasis. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group were treated with cal- cipotriol solution alone, the other group were treated with ealcipotriol solution combination with fluocinonide liniment. The efficacy was assessed at the 2th, 4th and 8th week after treatment. Results： There was significant difference in the response rale between combination sequential therapy group（48.57%, 71.43% and 91.43%） and caleipotriol solution alone group（25.71%, 40% and 60%） at the 2th, 4th, 8th week, respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The sequential therapy of solution combined with fluoeinonide liniment is an effective, safe, well-tolerated treatment modality.
