摘要
分析了膜元件性能测试过程中产生测试条件误差的原因,提出了膜元件性能指标标准化的概念,明确了进行标准化计算的必要性。描述了系统性能指标标准化的数学模型,并给出运用系统性能指标标准化模型进行元件性能指标标准化的计算方法与计算实例,指出标准化方法不仅可提高性能指标的精度,还可提高测试过程的效率。
The reason that causes testing condition errors in the process of membrane elements performance testing is analyzed, an advanced concept of the standardization of membrane element performances indicators proposed, and the necessity of having standardized calculation specified. The mathematical model of system performance in- dicator standardization is described, and calculation methods and calculation examples of element performance in- dicator standardization by making use of the system performance indicator standardization model are provided. It is pointed out that the standardization method not only can improve the accuracy of performance indicators, but also can improve the efficiency of testing process.
