摘要
针对传统印染废水深度处理工艺复杂、冗长等特点,开发了一种多级臭氧气浮一体化装置(DOIF)。将臭氧与气浮分离相结合,同时引入第二级氧化单元,使臭氧得到最大程度的利用,在一个操作系统内实现了固液分离、脱色、降解有机物等多个环节。实验结果表明,该工艺对COD、色度、UV_(254)、TOC的去除率分别可达到25.5%、54.5%、37.5%、32.4%,也是再生水回用中膜分离的预处理环节。
Since the characterizations of advanced treatment process of traditional dyeing wastewater are complicat- ed and lengthy, a kind of multi-level integrated device, dual-step ozone induced flotation (DOIF) process has been developed. Ozone has to be combined with flotation separation, and the second-level oxidation unit intro- duced, in order to make full use of ozone, achieving several links, including solid-fluid separation, decolorization and organic matter degradation in one operation system. The results show that by DOIF process the removing rates of COD, color, UV254, and TOC can reach 25.5%, 54.5%, 37.5%, and 32.4% respectively. The process is also a pretreatment step for membrane separation in reclaimed water reuse.
