摘要
非公有制经济组织从业人员对社会主义核心价值观的认同会增强整个社会的向心力和凝聚力。现阶段,非公有制经济组织从业人员整体上认同社会主义核心价值观,但在认同程度上呈现出一定差异性和层次性,认同效果有待于进一步提升。这里研究非公有制经济组织从业人员认同社会主义核心价值观的现状,探寻其认同社会主义核心价值观的机制原因,并尝试建构他们认同社会主义核心价值观的路径。
Employees of non-public economic organizations who identify withsocialism core values will enhance social centripetal force and cohesion. At present, overall employees of non-public economic organizations identify with socialism core values, but the identification shows some difference and hierarchy. So the identification effect needs to be improved further. This paper studies the current situation and characteristics of employees of non-public economic organizations who identify with socialism core values, explores the reasons, and try to construct the path in which they can identify with the socialism core values better.
