摘要
利用2005—2010年地区产业面板数据,采用Rajan和Zingales(1998)的双重差分非线性计量模型,实证研究了产业信息化密度差异背景下信息通信技术对地区产业增长的影响。研究发现,信息通信技术水平的提升显著促进地区产业增长,并且对信息化密度较高产业而言,ICT对其的产业增长促进作用更大,证实了ICT在地区发展与信息化在产业分布和扩散中有优化配置作用。比较而言,ICT对重工业增长的影响大于轻工业,对装备制造业的作用高于非装备制造业。
Using Chinese regional industrial panel data from 2005-2010, referenced to Difference-in-Difference nonlinearity model by Rajan and Zingales (1998), we empirically study information and communication technology (ICT)'s effects on industrial growth concerning the difference of industrial informatization density. We find that ICT significantly promotes regional industry growth, especially ones with higher informatization density. Furthermore, ICT and informatization optimally allocates resources properly in re- gional development and industrial distribution & expansion respectively. In comparison, ICT means more to heavy industries' growth than to the light ones', which also benefits more to equipment manufacturing industries than to the non-equipment manufacturing ones.
