急性左心衰的急诊护理对策探讨

Countermeasures Discussion on Emergency Nursing Care of Acute Left Heart Failure

目的:研究分析急性左心衰的急诊护理对策。方法:回顾笔者所在医院2014年4月-2016年6月136例急性左心衰患者资料并根据干预方式随机分组。常规组给予常规护理对策;急诊组实施急诊护理对策。比较两组患者家属对护理服务的满意度;患者从入院到抢救的时间;死亡率;护理前和护理后心室率、血气分析指标。结果:急诊组患者家属对护理服务的满意度显著高于常规组;急诊组患者从入院到抢救的时间显著短于常规组;急诊组死亡率显著低于常规组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前的心室率、PaO_2、PaCO_2、SpO_2等监测值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);急诊组患者治疗后PaO_2、SpO_2监测值高于常规组,心室率、PaCO_2监测值低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性左心衰采取急诊护理对策效果确切,可有效改善患者心室率和血气指标,缩短急救反应时间,降低患者死亡率,改善患者预后,提升患者家属满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the emergency nursing measures of acute left heart failure.Method： The data of 136 patients with acute left heart failure were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from April 2014 to June 2016.The routine group was given routine nursing measures and emergency nursing measures were carried out in the emergency group.Tbe satisfaction of nursing care of the two groups of patients was compared.The time of admission to rescue and mortality rate, death rate, ventricular rate before and after nursing, and the blood gas analysis were compared.Result： The family members of patients satisfaction with nursing service of the emergency group was significantly higher than that of the routine group; emergency patients from the hospital to rescue time was significantly shorter than that of the routine group; the death rate was lower than that of the routine group; the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment, the monitoring value such as heart rate, PaO2, PaCO2, SpO2 were compared between the two groups, and there were no significant differences（P〉0.05）; after treatment, PaO2 and SpO2 were higher, heartrate, PaCO2 were lower in the emergency group than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Condusion ： Acute left heart failure emergency nursing effect can effectively improve the ventr/cular rate and blood indexes of patients, shorten the time of emergency response, reduce the mortality of patients, improve the prognosis of patients, improve the patient satisfaction, it is worthy of popularization and application.
