医护合作电话随访在普外科出院患者中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Medical Cooperative Telephone Follow-up on Discharged Patients from General Surgery Department

目的:研究对于普外科出院患者提供医护合作电话随访延续护理的效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院于2015年6月-2016年10月收治的76例普外科疾病患者,为其提供出院后电话随访护理,总结患者生活质量评分。结果:患者干预前遵医意识、生活习惯、坚持服药与复查、家庭融入度等指标评分均低于出院后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于出院患者加强电话随访护理干预,患者干预后生活质量评分较高。

Objective： To study the application effect of medical cooperative telephone follow-up nursing on discharged patients from general surgery department. Method： A total of 76 patients from general surgery department admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were selected and provided with post-discharge telephonefollowupnursingtosummarizethelifequalityscores.Result： Before the intervention, theindicatorscoresofmedicalcompliance, living habits, medication and revisar adherence, family integration were lower than post-discharge, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Regarding the strengthening of telephone follow-up nursing intervention for discharged patients, patients have a higher life quality scores after intervention.
