摘要
将拟茎点霉属、尖孢镰刀菌、胶孢镰刀菌3种真菌诱导子添加到龙眼悬浮培养体系中,研究不同种类真菌诱导子对龙眼胚性悬浮细胞类黄酮含量的影响。结果表明,龙眼胚性悬浮细胞在100 mg/L的拟茎点霉属真菌诱导子处理下诱导6 d后类黄酮的积累量最高,达到67.49%,说明拟茎点霉诱导子最有利于龙眼悬浮细胞类黄酮含量积累。
In this experiment, the embryogenic suspension ceils were used as materials for studying the effects of elicitors from Phomopis Chi., Fusarium oxysporum, and Collectotrichum gloeospoHoides on the accumulation of flavonoids of embryonic suspension cells in Dimocarpus longan Lout., and the results showed that the highest content of flavonoids of 67.49% occurred on the treatment with 100 mg/L Phomopis Chi. elicitor on the 6th day after suspension culture, which suggested that the elicitor of Phomopis Chi. should be most beneficial to the accumulation of flavonoids in longan suspension ceils.
