摘要 [目的]研究不同植物生长调节物质(6-BA、IAA)以及不同浓度的蔗糖对王枣子试管苗继代快繁生长的影响,探究王枣子试管苗生长的最佳继代培养基。[方法]通过正交设计,分析王枣子的株高、活叶数、腋芽分化率的数据,确定王枣子快繁的最佳培养基。[结果]培养基组合为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 1.0mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7.0 g/L时,腋芽分化率最大,为1.33,诱导率为0.75,长势较强,为王枣子继代快繁的适宜培养基。[结论]研究结果为王枣子试管苗继代快繁提供了借鉴。 [Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different plant growth substances (6-BA, IAA) and different concentrations of sucrose on the rapid growth of the seedling of jujube in vitro, and explore the best secondary culture medium to explore the growth of the test tube seedling. [Method] The data of the height, number of living leaves and the differentiation rate of the axillary buds were analyzed by orthogonal design, the best medium for the rapid growth of Isodona methystoides(Benth)Cy Wu et Hsuan was determined. [Result] When the medium combination was: MS + 6-BA 1.0mg/L + IAA 1.0 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L + AGAR 7.0 g/L, the axillary differentiation was the most significant 1.33, and the induction rate was 0.75, with stronger growth. It was a suitable medium for the rapid succession of lsodona methystoides(Benth)Cy Wu et Hsuan. [Conclusion] The research results provided a basis for the tube seedlings rapid propagation of lsodona methystoides(Benth)Cy Wu et Hsuan.
