Practice and Thoughts on Logistics Dispatching of Guangzhou Railway (Group) Corporation

随着经济发展与市场经济体制逐步完善,传统铁路货运面临新的挑战。为满足市场需求,广铁集团调度所在全路率先开展接取送达业务,从基础设施、人员设置、运量及运作管理体系等方面阐述广铁集团物流调度工作现状,分析制约广铁集团接取送达的外部因素和内部因素,在此基础上,提出构建铁路物流大网络、加强物流流程管控、严控接取送达成本、推进信息化建设、加强客户关系管理、扩大接取送达业务市场等完善广铁集团物流调度的对策。

Following economic development and gradual improvement of market economic system, traditional railway freight transportation faces new challenges. In order to meet the market demands, Traffic Control Department of Guangzhou Railway（Group） Corporation takes the lead in receiving-delivery business on the whole railway. This paper expounds the status of the Corporation logistics dispatching works from the aspects of infrastructure, staff setting, transport volume and operation management system, and analyzes the external and internal factors of the Corporation receiving-delivery business. Based on above, the paper also puts forward countermeasures of improving logistics dispatching of the Corporation, such as constructing a railway logistics large network, strengthening the logistics process control, strictly controlling receiving-delivery cost, promoting information construction, enhancing customer relationship management and expanding the receiving-delivery business market.
