摘要
本设计的控制核心采用STC系列89C52单片机,通过ADC0832采集芯片及霍尔电流传感器完成对电压、电流的采集,运用74LS138控制八路继电器完成对八种负载阻抗的选择,并且能够通过矩阵键盘选择负载阻抗以及预设干电池终止放电的电压值,并且能够在QC12864液晶屏上显示放电前及放电时数据;该设计具有控制电路简单,可靠性高,操作方便,模数转换、存储、断电一体化,且成本低等特点。
This design takes 89C52 SCM of STC series as the control core,through the ADC0832 collecting chip and the Hall current sensor,to complete the acquisition of voltage and current. The choice for eight kinds of load impedance is completed using 74LS138 eight-way relay,and the load impedance can be selected by the matrix keyboard selection and preset the terminate discharge voltage of dry cell,and then the data before the discharge and discharging can displayed in the QC12864 LCD panel. The design has the advantages of simple control circuit,high reliability,easy operation,conversion of module,storage,power failure of integration,and low cost.
