A Kind of Layer Number Identification Using in Stacking Machine

叠片机是LTCC多层基板制造生产线中关键的设备,在叠层过程中及时记录各层编号,对预防错层叠压,以及发生撕膜损坏或对位失败时进行产品更换有着重要作用。将层号识别系统安装在产品预定位台上,每次来料先通过图像拍照进行层号识别,记录每层的基本信息,提高了生瓷叠片机设备自动化水平,对多层叠层工艺的良品率提升,以及微组装技术成本的降低带来了新的解决办法。

Stacker is the key equipment in the LTCC multi-layer substrate manufacturing line,which can record the number of layers timely in the stacking process,and it plays an important role in preventing the stacking of the layers as well as the occurrence of tearing or damage to the product. The layer identification system is installed on the product pre-positioning table,each time the incoming identifies the layer by image taking first and record the basic information of each layer,it improve the automation level of LTCC stacking machine,brings the new sloutions to increase the yield of multilayer stacking processes and reduces the cost of micro assembly technology.
