基于专业特色的气相色谱技术模块构建与流程式教学研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对气相色谱仪器分析教学特征,将内容分解为对样品预处理、仪器结构、技术原理、定性分析、定量分析、核心部件制作、维护与故障排除等不同模块;采用方案设计、结构解析、仪器操作、维护与故障排除能力培养等多种教学方式;根据不同专业培养目标和不同层次需求,选取不同模块与不同教学方式的组合,形成适合不同专业、不同层次的特色项目。通过教学使得学生掌握气相色谱仪的结构、技术原理、仪器参数设置、定性分析、面积归一法定量、色谱软件使用的基本内涵及操作技能,根据不同专业不同层次需求延伸到样品预处理、标准溶液配制、内标法定量、外标法定量、仪器维护与故障排除等模块,达到内涵与外延的统一。通过标准流程教学,学生技能得到了培养,取得良好的教学效果。 According to the teaching characteristics of gas chromatography instrument, the teaching content is decomposed into different modules such as sample pre-treatment,instrument structure,technical principle,qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,core components of the production,maintenance and troubleshooting and so on. We use a variety of teaching methods such as program design,structure analysis,instrument operation,maintenance and trouble-shooting,and select a combination of different modules and different teaching methods according to different professional training objectives and different levels of demand to suit different professions and different levels in the project. Teaching makes students grasp the basic connotation of the gas chromatograph( instrument structure,technical principle, instrument parameters, qualitative analysis, quantitative area normalization method, chromatography software). According to the different needs of different levels the professional connotations can be extended to the sample pre-treatment,the preparation of standard solution,internal standard method,external standard method quantitative and instrument maintenance and troubleshooting module. The skills of the students have been trained through the standard process of teaching,and good teaching results are achieved.
