基于CDIO理念的地方高校学生实践创新能力培养研究 被引量:36

摘要 CDIO(Conceive,Design,Implement,Operate)理念是国外先进的工程教育理念,CDIO教育模式的本土化是培养学生实践创新能力的有效之法。地方高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,实践创新能力是本科人才培养质量的关键性指标,而部分高校在大学生实践创新能力培养过程中还存在一些问题,如何发挥CDIO理念优势来加强学生实践创新能力培养就成了一个新课题。分析了CDIO理念与大学生实践创新能力的内涵以及两者的契合性,论述了CDIO理念下地方高校学生实践创新能力培养的意义,并提出在CDIO理念下,通过建立课内外相结合的实践创新能力培养体系,培养集专业授课、项目指导和创新引导于一体的复合型师资队伍,建设一批系统化、分类指导和专业融合的实践创新项目等路径来培养大学生的实践创新能力。 As we know,CDIO concept is one of the most advanced engineering education concept abroad. Moreover,the localization of CDIO is a valid way of training college students' practice and innovation ability. The Local colleges are the important and main constitute part of the higher education system in our country. Practice and innovation ability is a critical index in training quality of undergraduates. Nowadays,there still exists some questions in practice and innovation ability'cultivation at local colleges. How to enhance students' practice and innovation ability depend on the advantages of CDIO concept is a brand new issue. The paper analyzes the conjunction between CDIO and the training of practice and innovation ability and discusses the significance of local undergraduates' ability training on CDIO. Based on CDIO concept,to enhance the students' practice and innovation ability,the paper builds a combined training system in and outside of the class to develop a comprehensive teaching faculty with professional teaching,project directing and innovation guiding and construct a cluster of systematic,classified,specialized practice and innovation project.
