应用型大学“双师双能型”教师队伍建设及协同创新机制探究 被引量:12

摘要 分析了我国应用型大学计算机科学与技术专业转型发展中存在师资队伍建设的突出问题,提出校企深入融合及协同创新培养机制,通过共享共建、合作共赢的理念来加强"双师双能型"教师队伍的建设。该培养机制将改变以往传统以教师为主的知识传授教学模式,充分调动教师、学生、企业三方一体化协同创新的积极性。其对教师工程应用能力的加强,对学生创新创业实践能力的培养,对就业质量的提高,对企业计算机高素质应用型人才需求矛盾的解决,均起到了良好的作用,并在我院的内涵建设及深化教学改革实践中取得了显著的效果。 Through analyzing the outstanding problems about the construction of teaching staff in the development and transformation of the computer science and technology specialty in the application-oriented college in our country,it suggests a mechanism that school and enterprise fuse deeply and are fostered together in an innovative way. The teachers' team of "double teachers and dual energy "should be constructed through the idea of co-construction and sharing and win-win cooperation. This training mechanism will change the traditional teaching mode which is based on teachers,fully precipitate the three parties of teachers,students and enterprise to collaborate innovation. What's more,it plays a crucial role in enhancing the teachers 'ability of engineering application,cultivating students 'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,improving the quality of employment,and helping solve the contradiction of the demand of our society to high quality application talented persons. Meanwhile,it has achieved remarkable results in the construction of the connotation of our college and the deepening of teaching reform practice.
