为提高高校政府采购信息化应用水平和服务教学的质量,针对"互联网+政府采购"时代高校政府采购现状,利用微信公众平台的优势,将微信公众平台应用于高校政府采购,从微信公众平台在推介部门服务信息、提高仪器设备政府采购工作质量、实现部门信息服务多元化等方面探索、实践微信公众平台的应用;指出微信公众平台运行中存在的不足,提出打造优良微信服务团队、提供特色服务、加强智能化建设和丰富平台功能等建议,完善高校政府采购部门的微信公众平台,从而全面提高政府采购部门的服务质量。

In order to enhance the level of information technology application and to improve the service quality that government procurement provide for teaching,in view of the present situation of government procurement in colleges and universities,in the Internet plus era,the paper takes the advantages of We Chat public platform. In detail,the paper introduces the application of We Chat public platform in three aspects,such as promotion of service information,improvement of government procurement quality,diversification of service management. It points out the shortages in operation and puts forward suggestions such as building excellent team,providing special service,building and enriching intelligent platform functions. These will be helpful to further consummate We Chat public platform and to comprehensively improve the service quality in the government procurement department.
