摘要 飞机轮胎的接地压力分布呈现明显的非均匀性,而当前机场道面结构响应模拟计算一般假定飞机荷载为均匀分布,与实际不符。基于感压纸研发了图像解析法,应用该方法对B737-800型客机主起落架轮胎在不同胎压及负荷条件下的静态接地压力分布进行实测。测试结果表明:有效接地面积与负荷之间存在线性关系;横断面上出现凹型压力分布的状况较多,在纵断面上压力分布基本呈现钟罩型;相同胎压下,随着荷载的增大高压区逐渐向外侧移动,因此在高压低荷载时横断面上压力分布可能呈凸型。 Aircraft load is generally assumed as uniform distribution in airport pavement structure response simulation, but ground pressure of aircraft tire is obviously non-unitbrmly distributed. An image analysis method is dew, loped based on pressure sensitive paper, and is applied to B737- 800 main landing gear tire static ground pressure distribution measurement under different pressure and load conditions. Results indicate that there is a linear relation between effective ground area and load: pressure distribution on cross section is more similar to concave type; on vertical section it is more similar to bell-type; under the same tire pressure, high pressure section would move outward, theretore ground pressure distribution could be convex type under high tire pressure and low load.
