腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶及脂肪酸合成酶在乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者中表达水平分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)及脂肪酸合成酶(FASN)在乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者中表达水平。方法选取2012年5月至2016年5月入住我院确诊为乳腺癌的女性患者共160例,其中80例乳腺癌患者合并患有2型糖尿病,采用免疫组织化学方法对AMPK和FASN在患者乳腺中的表达水平进行测定和统计分析。结果腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶在乳腺癌患者组中的表达水平高于乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者组的表达水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脂肪酸合成酶在乳腺癌患者组中的表达水平低于乳腺癌合并2型糖尿病患者组的表达水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AMPK和FASN可能是肿瘤组织产生和进一步发展过程中的重要影响因子,在此过程中AMPK活性受到抑制,FASN活性得到增强。 Objective To study the expression levels of AMPK and FASN in patients with breast cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 160 women who were diagnosed with breast cancer from May 2012 to May 2016 were selected.Among them,80 patients with breast cancer were complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and immunohistochemical method was used to detect AMPK and FASN in patients with breast cancer.The expression level of AMPK and FASN was measured and analyzed statistically.Results The expression level of adenylate-activated protein kinase in breast cancer patients was higher than that in breast cancer patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The expression level of fatty acid synthase in breast cancer patients was lower than that of breast cancer patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion AMPK and FASN may be important factors in the development and further development of tumor tissue.In this process,AMPK's activity is inhibited and FASN's activity is enhanced.
