鼻腔冲洗联合糖皮质激素治疗中重度过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效

Clinical Observation of Nasal Irrigation Combined with Intranasal Corticosteroids in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察鼻清灵鼻腔冲洗联合糖皮质激素治疗中重度过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月门诊收治的耳鼻喉科中重度过敏性鼻炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予糖皮质激素和50 ml的0.9%氯化钠注射液鼻腔冲洗治疗,试验组给予糖皮质激素和50 ml鼻清灵0.9%氯化钠注射液进行鼻腔冲洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效和症状改善时间。结果试验组症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于单独使用糖皮质激素治疗效果不佳的中重度过敏性鼻炎患者,可长期选用鼻清灵鼻腔冲洗联合皮质激素治疗,不仅能够缓解过敏性鼻炎患者的临床症状,而且能够提高患者的生命质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nasal irrigation combined with intranasal corticosteroids in the treatment for moderate to severe allergic rhinitis. Methods One hundred cases of allergic rhinitis patients from May 2015 to May 2016 in outpatient department of otolaryngology were divided into control group and experimental group randomly, each group had 50 cases. The control group were given intranasal corticosteroids and 50 ml normal saline for nasal irrigation, while the experimental group were given intranasal corticosteroids and 50 ml nasal cavity irrigant（Biqingling） for nasal irrigation. The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement time in two groups were compared. Results The symptom improvement time in experimental group were lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The clinical efficacy in experimental group were better than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Long-term use of nasal irrigation combined with intranasal corticosteroids can be applied for those patients who could not be responsive to single intranasal corticosteroids therapy and the combination can not only relieve the clinical symptoms, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
