摘要
基于UNESCO(联合国教科文组织)创建的RVA(非正规、非正式学习成果的认可、认定和认证)模式与现代学徒制人才培养目标之间的内在一致性,归纳了国外实施RVA模式的成功案例和经验,探索了构建将RVA模式引入我国现代学徒制学习成果认证机制的路径,建议在现代学徒制的实施中,要充分考虑国情、行(业)情、校情,采用以学生为中心、能力为本位和社会集体验证的、结果和融通导向的学分互换模式。
Based on the reason that RVA model (Recognition, Validation and Accreditation of Non-formal and Informal Learning created by UNESCO) shares the same logic with the program objectives of modern appren- ticeship, and through the methods of studying on the successful overseas RVA application cases and experi- ences, this paper aims at introducing the strategies of infusing RVA model into domestic modern apprentice- ship learning outcome accreditation mechanism, and suggests that in the implementation of modern appren- ticeship, Chinese vocational schools should fully consider domestic conditions, industrial environment and school context, and adopt the student-centered, competence-based, social-collectively examined, result and integration oriented credit transfer system.
