鸡miRNA的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 miRNA(microRNA)是一类非编码的、长度约为21~26nt的单链小分子RNA。miRNA广泛存在于真核生物中。序列特异、高度保守。近来研究发现,miRNA广泛参与有机体各个生物学过程,本文就miRNA的发现、作用机制以及在鸡生长发育、生殖以及疫病中的研究进展进行综述。
