Evaluation Results of Nation-wide Japonica Rice Varieties with Better Palatability in Fifteenth Japonica Rice Development Forum in 2017

摘要 北方稻作协会组织24位专业品评员,对来自我国粳稻产区的28个粳稻品种(品系)进行品评,评选出特等奖1个、一等奖6个、二等奖8个、三等奖6个,优秀奖7个。从品评结果分析来看,参评粳稻品种(品系)整体食味水平普遍较高,表明我国优良食味粳稻研究成果显著。同时,专业品评员能够科学、公正、可靠地评价粳稻食味,品评结果得到参评单位的一致认可,所以应大力加强品评员队伍建设,以促进我国优良食味水稻的快速发展。 24 professional judger were invited to evaluate 28 japonica rice samples which selected from nation-wide varieties in the tasting activity. 1 outstanding award, 6 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 7 honorable prizes were appraised and elected in the activity. From the analysis of effect, the holistic eating quality were generally higher among the varieties, it indicated that research of japonica rice varieties with better palatability in remarkable achievements. At the same time, the professional judger could evaluate the palatability of japonica rice with scientific, just and responsibly evaluation and the results gained unanimous recognition, so it should endeavor to strengthen the building of professional judger to promote the fast-developing of japonica rice varieties with better palatability.
