摘要
采用多样性指数、主成份分析、聚类分析等方法,对437份水稻品种进行研究。结果表明:株高、穗长、穗粒数、着粒密度、有效穗数、结实率、千粒重、谷粒长度、谷粒宽度的变异系数为8.16%~32.26%,各性状Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为1.756~2.046。穗长因子、穗粒因子、谷粒因子、粒重因子是影响性状综合表现的主要因子,437份水稻品种可划分具有不同形态的3个类群。
437 rice varieties were researched by the methods which were diversity index, principal components analysis and cluster analysis. The result indicated that the variable coefficient were from 8.16% to 32.26% on plant height, panicle length, grain number per ear, grain density, effective panicles, fruiting rate, thousand-grain weight, grain length and grain width, the diversity index of Shannon-Wiener on each character were from 1.756 to 2.046. Panicle length, grain number per ear, grain length, grain width and grain weight were major factors to effect comprehensive characters, 437 rice varieties can be divided into three groups with different forms.
