摘要
通过资料收集、文件检索、专家咨询和现场调查,充分了解掌握油气田含油污泥综合利用行业现状等情况,在此基础上对新疆4家油田公司19个采样点,选择具有代表性的处理前后含油污泥进行监测,结合目前国内外标准情况,采用环境风险评估方法进行控制值计算,提出油气田含油污泥综合利用污染物控制限值,为进一步规范含油污泥的处理、处置提供技术支撑。
Through data collection, document retrieval, consultation with expert and field investigation, we fully un- derstood the current situation of comprehensive utilization of oily sludge in oil and gas fields and other conditions, on this basis, we monitored representative oily sludge before and after treatment at 19 sampling sites of 4 oil field compa- nies in Xinjiang, and calculated the control parameter by environmental risk assessment method in combination with current domestic and foreign standards. This paper proposes the pollutant control limit for comprehensive utilization of oily sludge in oil and gas fields, providing technical support for further standardizing the treatment and disposal of oily sludge.
