Speeding up “Four Tasks” in Industrial Field and Promote the Development of Beautiful Xinjiang

当前,新疆工业发展处于转型升级的关键时期,迫切需要以五大发展理念为引领,进一步破解资源要素瓶颈制约、环境容量约束、产业结构调整、持续改善民生等工业发展难题。基于此,必须加快转变工业经济发展方式,努力推进绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展,加快"区域布局协同化,产业升级绿色化,园区改造生态化,企业生产清洁化"进程,着力塑造绿色新动能,着力建设天蓝、地绿、水清,生产、生活、生态融合共生的"美丽新疆",让人民生活得更好。

As the industrial development of Xinjiang is in the key period of transformation and upgrading, there is an urgent need to further solve industrial development difficulties such as resource bottleneck constraint, environmental capacity constraint, industrial structure adjustment and continuous improvement of the wellbeing of the people. On this basis, we must accelerate the transformation of industrial economic development mode, spare no effort to push ahead with green development, cyclic development and low-carbon development, and speed up ＂Four Tasks＂ （ ＂collabora- tive regional layout, green industrial upgrading, park ecological reconstruction and enterprise cleaner production＂）. We must focus on fostering new green drivers and building a ＂Beautiful Xinjiang＂ where the sky is blue, the land is green, the water is clear, and production, living and ecological environment are in harmony, so that people have a higher living standard.
