摘要
饲料添加剂样品经盐酸消解后,以80g·L^(-1)二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠溶液(DDTCNa)溶液为络合剂,以50g·L^(-1)氰化钾溶液为掩蔽剂,经四氯化碳萃取,以氙灯为光源,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定有机相中痕量铅和镉。铅和镉的质量分数在一定范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)依次为100,50μg·kg^(-1)。方法用于饲料添加剂样品的分析,加标回收率为93.0%~96.0%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~3.8%。
Feed additive sample was digested by hydrochloric acid.80g·L^(-1) DDTC-Na solution was used as complexing agent and 50g·L^(-1) KCN solution was used as masking agent.After CCl_4 extraction,trace amounts of lead and cadmium in organic phase were determined by FAAS with light source of xenon lamp.Linear relationships between values of absorbance and mass fraction of lead and cadmium were kept in definite ranges,with detection limits(3s)of 100,50μg·kg^(-1) respectively.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the sample of feed additive,giving values of recovery and RSD′s(n=6)in the ranges of 93.0%-96.0% and 1.6%-3.8% respectively.
