通痹胶囊治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎35例

TongBi Capsules in Treating 35 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis of Cold-dampness Impediment Pattern

目的:观察通痹胶囊治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机均分为2组,每组35例。2组均给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组同时服用通痹胶囊,2组均连续治疗3个月。对2组临床疗效、安全性、疼痛模拟评分进行比较。结果:类风湿关节炎28个关节疾病活动度评分(DAS28)得分观察组于治疗结束时小于2.6分,2组分差每个月治疗后分差均大于0.6分。DAS28得分及分差治疗1、2、3个月时2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗过程中各出现1例轻度不良反应,但未影响治疗。VAS评分治疗后1、2、3个月时2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通痹胶囊治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TongBi capsules in treating rheumatoid arthritis （RA） of cold-dampness impediment pattern. Methods： Seventy patients were randomized into two groups, 35 cases each group. Both groups were treated with methotrexate, the observation group took TongBi capsules simultaneously, both groups were treated for three months consecutively, clinical effects, the safety, VAS of both groups were compared. Results： The scales of DAS28 in the observation group were less than 2.6 by the end of the treatment, the difference between the scales of both groups were higher than 0.6 after treating by the end of the month. The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of DAS28, the difference between the scales of both groups at the first, second and third month after treating （P〈0.05）. There was one case with light adverse reaction during therapeutic courses in both groups respectively, while they had no influence on the treatment. The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of VAS scales at the first, second and third months after treating between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TongBi capsules show notable effects in treating RA of cold-dampness impediment pattern.
