透明质酸钠联合六味地黄丸治疗老年膝骨性关节炎50例

Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with LiuWei DiHuang Pills in Treating 50 Senile Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察透明质酸钠联合六味地黄丸治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法:将100例患者随机均分为2组,每组50例。对照组给予透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,观察组同时服六味地黄丸,2组均于治疗4周后比较血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素18(IL-18)的变化情况及临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为82.0%,对照组为64.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清CRP水平,血清IL-6、IL-18水平治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:透明质酸钠联合六味地黄丸治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者临床疗效显著,且能有效降低血清炎症因子及CRP水平。

Objective： To survey clinical effects of sodium hyaluronate and LiuWei DiHuang pills in treating the elderly with knee osteoarthritis （KOA） and their influences on inflammatory factors. Methods： All 100 patients were randomized into two groups, 50 cases each group. The control group accepted intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate, and the observation group took LiuWei DiHuang pills simultaneously, clinical effects, and the changes of CRP, IL-6 and IL-18 of both groups were compared in four weeks after treating. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 82.0%, higher than 64.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of CRP, IL-6 and IL-18 between before and after treating within two groups （P〈0.05）, and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sodium hyaluronate jointed with LiuWei DiHuang pills could obtain notable effects in treating the elderly with KOA, and the therapy could effectively decrease the levels of inflammatory factors and CRP.
