十皮饮联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病38例

ShiPi Drink Combined with Calcipotriol Cream in Treating 38 Patients with Psoriasis

目的:观察十皮饮联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各38例。对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏外涂治疗,观察组在此基础上加服十皮饮。治疗12周后,比较2组免疫水平、皮损评分及生活质量的变化情况和临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为86.84%,对照组为57.89%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。白介素4(IL-4)、白介素8(IL-8)、白介素17(IL-17)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达水平治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。红斑、鳞屑、浸润肥厚、瘙痒等皮损评分治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,生活质量评分观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十皮饮联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病疗效显著,可明显改善机体免疫水平,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of ShiPi drink jointed with calcipotriol cream in the treatment for psoriasis. Methods ： All 76 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 38 cases each group. The control group adopted calcipotriol cream for extemal use, and the observation group took ShiPi drink on the foundation of the control group. Clinical effects and the changes of immune levels, skin lesions and quality of life ＆both groups were compared after treating in 12 weeks. Results： total effective rate of the observation group was 86.84%, higher than 57.89% of the control group, and the difference presented statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of the expressions oflL-4, IL-8, IL- 17 and TNF-α within one group before and after treating （P 〈0.05）; the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of skin lesions scales such as erythema, scale, infiltration and hypertrophy, itching and others（P〈0.05）; the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. After treating, the observation group was lower than the control group in the scales of quality of life, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ShiPi drink jointed with calcipotriol cream in the treatment for psoriasis could obtain notable effects, and the therapy could improve the immune levels of the body obviously and raise quality of life.
