艾灸对介入治疗术后缺血性脑血管患者血清炎症细胞因子的影响

The Influence of Moxa-moxibustion on Serum Inflammatory Cytokines of the Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease after Interventional Therapy

目的:观察艾灸对介入治疗术后缺血性脑血管患者血清炎症细胞因子的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例,2组均给予经皮腔内血管成形和支架植入术(PTAS)介入治疗,观察组同时给予足三里(双侧)、绝骨(双侧)艾灸治疗。测定2组治疗前后血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、高度敏感C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:血浆IL-1β、IL-6、hs-CRP水平观察组治疗后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后各时期与对照组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸足三里、绝骨穴可显著改善介入治疗后缺血性脑血管病患者的炎症反应,减少血清中的炎症细胞因子。

Objective： To observe the effects of moxa-moxibustion on serum inflammatory cytokines of the patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease after the interventional therapy. Methods： All 80 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, both groups accepted percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting （PTAS）, simultaneously the observation group were given moxa-moxibustion of ZuSanLi （ST36） （bilaterally） and JueGu （GB39） （bilaterally）. The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and IL-1β in both groups were detected by using ELISA method before and after treating. Results： The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of hs-CRP, IL-6 and IL-1β within the observation group before and after treating （P 〈0.05）. The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between the observation group at different times after treating and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Moxa-moxibustion of ZuSanLi and JueGu could notably improve inflammatory reactions of the patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease after the interventional therapy and reduce the inflammatory cytokines in the serum of the patients.
