摘要
从患者因素、护理人员因素、导管相关性因素、合并症等方面综述了PICC患者发生静脉血栓的危险因素。在此基础上,提出做好患者的全面评估及健康教育、提高护理人员的操作技能、加强置管后的观察及维护、酌情预防使用化学药物,进行集束化干预和循证护理等预防方法,可有效降低静脉血栓的发生率,延长PICC留置时间,使其更好地服务于临床。
The risk factors of PICC patients occurring venous thrombus were summarized from the patient factors, nursing staffs factors, catheter-related factors and the complications. Based on this, thorough evaluation and health education for the patients, the prevention methods containing raising the nursing staff＇ s operation skills, enhancing the observation and maintenance after intubation, using the chemicals as appropriate, bundle intervention and evidence-based nursing were raised, which could effectively reduce the incidence of venous intervention, prolong indwelling time of PICC and make it service better in clinic.
