Analysis and Solution of Shaking Failure on Brake Disc of some Passenger Car

针对某客车制动盘运用过程出现的晃动失效问题,从制动盘连接结构及制动力传递原理出发对失效过程进行了讨论。进而通过试验进行了分析验证,确定了失效的根本原因,并从设计及工艺角度提出了针对性的改进措施。提出的分析思路及方法可为制动盘及其他车辆部件的故障失效分析提供有效的指导和依据。

Aimed at the shaking failure on brake disc of some passenger car, the failure process was discussed based on the analysis of the connection structure and braking force transmission principle. Based on the analysis which was then verified by a series of tests, we affirmed the root cause and presented some targeted measures on the design and process. The idea and method presented in the paper offer an available guidance and basis for the failure analysis on brake disc or other assembles of vehicles.
