摘要
介绍了SDA_4型机车的设计背景,概略的说明了该型机车的配置、主要技术参数和预期的牵引、电阻制动性能要求。重点介绍了机车主传动系统、辅助传动系统、微机网络控制系统、机车重联控制、操纵台和电器柜的设计方案,对各系统的工作原理,系统组成和采用的零部件进行了介绍。最后对机车在泰国的交付试验和运用情况进行了阐述,试验证明电气系统运行稳定可靠,性能优良。
The design background of SDAI locomotive is introduced includes SDA4 locomotive configuration, main technical parameter and proposed traction and dynamic brake requirements. The design proposal description of the main transmission system, the auxiliary transmission system, the microcomputer internet control system, the multiplied control, the control panel and cabinet design proposal is mainly focus on working principle and arrangement, installed spare parts. At the end, the acceptance test and the operation in Thailand proves the good stability and excellent performance of such electrical system design.
