摘要
车轮踏面剥离是机车车辆运用中最常见的故障,对机车车辆运营安全性有较大影响。影响车轮踏面剥离的主要因素包括车轮与钢轨的匹配、车轮材质、轨面条件、线路条件、牵引列车吨位、列车操纵等因素,比较复杂。从HX_D2C型机车的运行线路信息、机车轮对踏面剥离情况、轮对材质、用沙质量等方面通过跟踪分析,找出了HXD2C型机车轮对踏面剥离的主要原因,并提出了减少机车轮对踏面剥离问题的具体措施;经过运用验证效果明显。同时为全路机车车辆的运用提供一定的参考依据。
Locomotive wheelset is an important part of railway locomotive running department, its technical quality is extremely impor tant to ensure the safety of railway traffic. The wheelset treads of HXD2C locomotive had been peeling problems since the HXD2C loco motive was used in North Houma Locomotive Depot. The related reasons of HXD2C locomotive wheel tread stripping were found through the tracking analysis of running line information, H XD2C locomotive wheel tread stripping, wheel material, sand quality and so on. Specific measures were proposed to reduce the wheel tread peeling problem of HXD2C locomotive. It has been proved to be effective and provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of wheel tread stripping of railway locomotives.
