摘要
基于变压吸附技术工艺制取氧气原理,设计包括无油空气压缩机、双分子筛交换及分离阀模块、氧浓度检测及智能主控模块等构成的家用制氧机。通过检测氧浓度优化分离阀的开启时序,改变吸附周期以及分配进气和排气流动方向提高制氧效率,所开发的产品实现产业化,为家用制氧机的设计提供借鉴。
Based on the principle of producing oxygen by PSA technology, designs a household oxygen generator consisting of oil-free air compressor, bimolecular sieve exchange and separating valve module, detection of oxygen concentration and intelligent master module. By means of detecting the concentration of oxygen to optimize the sequence of separating valve, changing the adsorption period and distributing the direc- tion of intake and exhaust to improve the efficiency of oxygen production, successfully industrializes the generator production, and provides a possible solution of household oxygen generator.
