冠状动脉旁路移植术后气管插管致气管反复狭窄治疗成功一例报道并文献复习

Successful Treatment of Recurrent Tracheal Stenosis Caused by Tracheal Intubation after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting: a Case Report and Literature Review

近年来,随着急救医学、全身麻醉手术中气管插管的广泛应用,气管狭窄的发病率有所上升,其治疗方式更层出不穷,但部分患者接受治疗后可能再次出现气管狭窄,对于反复发生气管狭窄的患者如何选择有效的治疗方式,仍然困扰着临床医生。本文报道了一例因气管插管后反复发生气管狭窄,经球囊扩张术联合T型管置入术治愈的病例,可为临床治疗反复发生气管狭窄提供参考。

In recent years,with the extensive application of trachea intubation in the emergency medicine and surgery under general anesthesia, the incidence of tracheal stenosis has increased. And its treatment methods emerge in more endlessly. However,some patients may undergo tracheal stenosis again after relevant treatments. It is still bothering clinicians how to select an effective treatment method for patients with recurrent tracheal stenosis. This paper reports a case of recurrent tracheal stenosis caused by trachea intubation who is cured by balloon dilation combined with T-tube implantation,which can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of recurrent tracheal stenosis.
