摘要
连接段铸件外形尺寸较大,壁厚较厚,铸造成形工艺难度较大。对连接段铸件试制生产过程中出现的渣眼、砂眼等铸造缺陷进行分析,并对铸造工艺进行了优化改进。通过改进浇注系统及溢流解决了渣眼问题,通过芯头定位消除了砂眼缺陷,生产出合格铸件。
The size and wall thickness of connecting section were larger, and the casting process was very difficult. The casting defects of slag and sand inclusion were analyzed, and the casting process was optimized. The pouring and overflow system were improved, and the slag inclusion were solved. The sand inclusions were eliminated by core positioning. The casting defects were effectively solved and qualified connecting section castings were produced.
