摘要
综述了耐热镁合金的研究现状。主要阐述了单一或复合添加微合金化元素对MgAl-Zn、Mg-Al-Si、Mg-Al-RE、Mg-Zn-Al、Mg-Zn-Cu、Mg-Zn-RE和Mg-RE系合金的组织及性能影响,重点讨论了合金的高温强化机制。指出以碱土金属等元素为主,取代稀土元素以及采用快速凝固、大塑性变形和热处理等技术,是耐热镁合金的研究重点和发展趋势。
The research status of heat-resistant magnesium alloy is reviewed. The effects of microallo- ying element addition by single or compound on the microstrucure and mechanical properties of Mg-A1-Zn, Mg-A1-Si, Mg-A1-RE, Mg-Zn-A1, Mg-Zn-Cu, Mg-Zn-RE and Mg-RE series magnesium alloys are introduced. The elevated strengthening mechanism of magnesium alloys are emphatically discussed. It is presented that rare-earth element can be replaced by alkaline earth metal element, as well as the technique of rapid solidifi- cation, severe plastic deformation and heat treatment should be the research focus and development trend of heat-resistant magnesium alloy.
