摘要
为解决老人购物车产品设计与人机交互需求不匹配的问题,基于人机工效学方法从使用环境、功能、尺寸、材料和颜色5个方面对老人购物车进行了系统的分析与设计。从用户角度出发,研究老年人与购物车以及使用环境之间的关系。功能部分主要结合TRIZ理论找出了产品存在的技术矛盾冲突,即老人购物车增加有用功能的同时会给产品结构带来损坏,运用TRIZ法矛盾冲突矩阵找出可应用于设计的发明原理,最终完成老人购物车设计改进方案。
To solve the mismatch problem between of design of shopping cart for elderly and human-ma- chine interaction demand of elderly, the study makes a systematic analysis and design of shopping cart for the elderly from the use environment, function, size, material and color based on ergonomics. It has mainly stud- ied the relationship among the elderly, the shopping cart and the use environment from the user' s point of view. The solution of function part of which is to find the technical conflict of the product combined with the TRIZ theory, namely, adding useful functions at the same time will damage structure of the product, and find- ing the inventive principles that can be applied to this design according to using TRIZ contradiction conflict matrix, completing the improved design of shopping cart for the elderly.
