摘要
在电极压力、预压时间、通电时间和维持时间等焊接参数不变的条件下,焊接电流在14~23 k A内以1 k A间隔递增,制备10组试件。基于超声扫描无损检测和准静态力学破坏试验,分析各组接头的超声扫描图、拉剪载荷、失效模式、刚度和能量吸收值,研究焊接电流对5052铝合金电阻点焊接头性能的影响。结果表明,电阻点焊可以实现5052铝合金板材的有效连接;焊接电流为22 k A时,接头成形性较好,接头的拉剪载荷、刚度、能量吸收值等性能均较优。
The ten sets of specimens were prapared with 1 kA interval of the current increasing in 14-23 kA under the welding parameters of electrode pressure, prepressing time, power supply time, maintenance time as constant. Based on the ultrasonic scanning and quasi-static mechanical failure test, the ultrasonic scanning images, tensile shear load, failure mode, stiffness and energy absorption value were analyzed, and the effect of welding current on the performance of 5052 aluminum alloy spot welded joint was studied. The results show that resistance spot welding can realize the connection of 5052 aluminum alloy sheets. When the welding current is 22 kA, the joint has good formability, and the tensile shear load, stiffness and energy absorption value of the joint are better.
