摘要
采用不同温度对镁基纺织机械型材进行了挤压,并进行了力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,在挤压比35时,随挤压温度为从300℃增大至400℃,试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度先增大后减小,伸长率和质量损失率先减小后增大,力学性能和耐腐蚀性能先提高后下降。与300℃相比,360℃挤压型材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和冲击吸收功分别增大12.4%、19.4%和34.4%,质量损失率减小44.9%。镁基纺织机械型材的挤压温度优选为360℃。
The magnesium based textile machinery profile was extruded at different temperatures. And the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the extrusion ratio is 35, with the extrusion temperature increasing from 300℃ to 400 ℃, the tensile strength and yield strength of the specimens firstly increase and then decrease, while the elongation and mass loss rate firstly decrease and then increase, and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance firstly increase and then decrease. Compared with the extrusion temperature of 300℃ the tensile strength, yield strength and impact absorption energy at the extrusion temperature of 360℃ increase by 12.4%, 19.4% and 34.4%, respectively, while the mass loss rate decreases by 44.9%. The optimized extrusion temperatre of magnesium based textile machinery profile is 360℃.
