摘要
利用拘束应力试验方法,综合考虑P92钢焊缝金属微细裂纹产生因素,采用自主研发的试验装置模拟产生P92钢焊缝金属微细裂纹。试验获得了与现场实际P92钢焊缝金属微细裂纹特征一致的模拟微细裂纹试样。该类裂纹呈蠕虫状,走向曲折有断续,尖端呈钝化形态。该方法为深入研究P92钢焊接性及完善焊接工艺提供了技术支持,并为进一步研究P92钢焊缝金属微细裂纹机制奠定了基础。
Considering the formation factors of micro cracks, the P92 steel weld metal micro crack was simulated by the self-developed test device by means of the restraint stress test method. The test successfully obtained micro crack in P92 weld metal, which was consistent with the actual crack characteristics. This kind of crack was vermicular, winding, intermittent and the tip showed passive form. This method provides technical support for further research of weldability, welding procedure of P92 steel and the micro crack mechanism in P92 steel weld metal.
