摘要
采用正交试验法系统地研究了曝光量、窄带滤光片中心波长、焊接电流对CO_2焊过程中由CCD相机获取的熔池附近区域图像灰度值的影响程度,采用最小二乘法分别拟合了熔池附近区域图像平均灰度值与曝光量、焊接电流的关系曲线。结果表明,对熔池附近区域图像灰度值的影响程度由大到小的次序为曝光量、窄带滤光片中心波长、焊接电流。随着曝光量和焊接电流的增大,由CCD相机获取的熔池附近区域图像灰度值均增大。
The effects of exposure amount, center wavelength of narrow band filter and welding current on the image gray value of the area near the weld pool obtained by the CCD camera were studied by the orthogonal test method, and the relationship curves between the image average gray value of the area near the weld pool and the exposure amount, welding current were fitted by using the least square method. The results show that the influence of factors on the image gray value of the area near the weld pool from big to small are exposure amount, center wavelength of narrow band filter, and welding current. With the increase of exposure amount and welding current, the gray value of the area near the weld pool acquired by the CCD camera increases.
