摘要
采用不同形貌的搅拌头对6.2 mm厚AZ31镁合金板材进行搅拌摩擦焊接试验,研究了搅拌头形貌对接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,旋转速度为1500 r/min,焊接速度为80 mm/min时,使用T1双圆环搅拌头得到的接头力学性能最好,焊缝在材料厚度方向上的尺寸变化呈均匀过渡趋势,焊缝表面比较美观。接头的硬度基本上与母材相当,只有热影响区硬度略有下降。
The friction stir welding (FSW) tests of AZ31 magnesium alloy plate with the thickness of 6.2 mm were carried out by using stir tools with different shapes, and the effects of the stir tool's shape on the mechanical properties of the joint were studied. The results show that when the rotation speed is 1500 r/rain and the welding speed is 80 mm/min, the mechanical properties of the joint obtained with T1 double ring stir tool are the best, and the change of the weld size in the thickness direction of the material is uniform and the weld surface is beautiful. The hardness of the joint is basically the same as that of the base metal, and the hardness of the heat affected zone decreases slightly.
