焊接电流及压力对QStE340TM电阻点焊接头性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 对酸洗汽车用钢QStE340TM进行了一系列电阻点焊试验,对不同焊接电流及压力下焊接接头的形貌、拉剪强度和显微硬度进行了对比分析。结果表明,在焊接压力一定时,随着焊接电流的增大,点焊接头的熔核直径增大,接头热影响区的显微硬度降低,拉剪载荷先增大后减小;在焊接电流一定时,随着焊接压力的增大,熔核直径和拉剪强度呈减小的趋势,接头热影响区的显微硬度增大。 A series of resistance spot welding experiments were carried out for pickling automotive steel QStE340TM. The morphology, tensile-shear strength, and microhardness of weled joint under different welding currents and pressures were compared and analyzed. The results show that when the welding pressure is constant, with the increase of welding current, the nugget diameter of welded joint increases, the microhardness of heat affected zone decreases, and the tensile-shear strength of welded joint firstly increases and then decreases. When the welding current is constant, with the increase of welding pressure, the nugget diameter and the tensile-shear strength of welded joint decrease, the microhardness of heat affected zone increases.
