柔性加热器在大型绞吸挖泥船钢桩焊缝修复中的应用

大型绞吸挖泥船钢桩在焊接修复后有很大的应力,它对构件的承载能力和抗蚀能力均产生不利的影响,一般要求进行焊后去应力处理。目前,国内一般采用火焰加热处理,这种方式加热温度不均匀,应力消除效果差。柔性加热器在大型绞吸式挖泥船钢桩现场修复中的应用,有效消除了钢桩焊接应力,提高了焊缝性能,缩短了挖泥船维修时间,降低了船舶维修成本。

There is a great stress in large suction dredger steel pile after weld repair. It has a disadvantageous effect on bearing capacity and corrosion resistance of the components, and it generally requires post weld stress relief treatment. At present, flame heating treatment is generally used in domestic, the heating temperature is not uniform, and the stress relieving effect is poor. The application of flexible heater in site repair of large cutter suction dredger＇s steel pile effectively eliminates the welding stress of steel pile, improves the weld performance, shortens the dredger＇s repair time and reduces the ship maintenance cost.
