摘要
花椒籽含有氨基酸、亚麻酸、生物碱及挥发油等多种生物活性物质,具有通络活血、降血脂、降胆固醇、抑菌、抗氧化等生理调节功能。文章综述了花椒籽的营养成分、生理功能及其在家禽生产中的应用。
Letinous edodes polysaccharide is the main active substance in letinous edodes, which had the func- tions of promoting organism immunity, inhibiting bacteria and virus, regulating intestinal micro ecological balance, an- tioxidation and raising livestock and poultry production performance. It has been widely used in animal feed as a good substitute for antibiotics in recent years. In this paper, the biological function of letinous edodes polysaccharide and its application in poultry production were reviewed.
