摘要
随着国内外大力发展直流电网以支持可再生能源并网,DC/DC变换器作为直流电网的关键设备,它的研制成为目前亟需解决的技术问题。模块化多电平变换器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)具有扩展性好、输出电压波形质量高、开关频率低、损耗小等优点,将MMC技术应用于DC/DC变换器已成为近年来的研究热点。论文在阐述MMC拓扑结构和工作原理的基础上,总结了国内外提出的各类MMC-DC/DC变换器的拓扑结构、特点以及应用场合,并指出了MMCDC/DC变换器亟待研究的关键问题,所述内容为未来MMC-DC/DC变换器的改进研究和工程化应用提供了一定的技术参考。
With the rapid development of DC grid all over the word to support renewable energy integration, the development of DC/DC converter is the technical issues urgently to be solved as it is one of the most critical components in DC grids. Modular multilevel converter (MMC) is featured with good scalability, high output voltage waveform quality, low switching frequency, low losses, thus the application of MMC technology in DC/DC converter has become hotspot in recent years. This paper summarizes the topology, characteristics and applications of different MMC-DC/ DC converter in detail on the basis of introducing the topology structure and operation principles of typical MMC. Moreover, the future key issues to be solved urgently of MMC-DC/DC converter are also pointed. Conclusions provide technical reference for improvement and industry application of future MMC-DC/DC converter.
